Fine dining, newly created dishes at Relik Restaurant and Bar

Last November 25, I was invited to the relaunch of Relik Restaurant and Bar around BGC area.

I’ve been to a lot of places around the area. Upon checking out Relik, you can relax while having comfort food. Cozy, delectable meals to enjoy with your friends.

According to Chef Benjo Tuason, the guy behind Relik’s delicious dishes, “We like to keep our dishes effortlessly good. No matter how many trends there are in food at the moment, nothing beats simple food, with the right ingredients, done properly and executed well.”

I want more of this MIlo Dinosaur Cheesecake!

Some of my personal picks from the dishes that served during the relaunch are Chorizig (crispy chorizo bits topped with Sisig), Relik’s Beef Salpicao (marinated beef sauteed with mushroom and garlic), Gambas and Milo Dinosaur Cheesecake.
