Learning never stops at Professional Academy for Culinary Education

Recently, Professional Academy for Culinary Education (PACE) participated and got awards in the recently concluded and highly anticipated, international culinary competition, 2014 Philippine Culinary Cup.

PCC is not your usual competition where judges are forced to pick the best 3 in a group of competitors. True to its progressive and internationally aligned judging, PCC judges will rate your final work based on strict criteria and your final score will be the basis on the level of your award. Judges were composed of international chefs, restaurateurs and educators.

PACE joined in 4 categories, gaining awards in the US Pork Category and The Butcher and The Chef Category. PACE was represented by Chef Lowell Cauilan, and Chef Monicca Dechavez, for The Butcher and Chef Category, were they got a bronze award.  PACE also sent two students, Charlane Gonzales who competed in the US Beef Category and John Carlos Mendoza, for the US Pork category.  JC Mendoza received a bronze award for his work.
