Healthy meals at Soya Bar

Are you a vegan? Love taho?

It’s been a while when I visited Soya Bar branch in SM Fairview. And everytime I had a chance to take a knack of their yummy hot taho, I always take home with their delectable snack.

One of my favorite snack over Soya Bar is their Hot Taho. Growing up eating taho every morning that the soya joint immortalized its yummy drink.

I asked one of the attendant of Soya Bar on what pastas will he recommend me. And he told me to try the Malunggay Pesto.  It’s taste good, though I have to admit, when I was a kid…I used to hate to eat malunggay.

Malunggay does have health benefits such as Vitamin A, C, D, Calcium, Potassium and Protein.

Soya Bar also serves Chilled Taho, and Chilled Taho with Fruit Burst (strawberry or lychee). Soya Bar also caters to those people who are vegan. They have sandwiches, salads, quesadillas, rice meals, pastas and milk teas.

If you’re in a tight budget and want to cool down under the sun, visit Soya Bar. They are located at SM Fairview, SM North EDSA-The Block, Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, Eton Centris and SM City Novaliches.
